    Brilliant cherry – red colour; bright and attractive.

    Savoury bouquet, perfumed with dark maraschino cherry, quince paste, very subtle smoky oak complexity.

  • Palate

    Elegant medium bodied, with a good line of acidity and a clean finish. Lingering ripe cherry flavour balanced by distinct but gentle tannins.

    No arguments over the drinkability factor. This is succulent and berried with mint and earth notes in minor measure. It smells and tastes good in a light, no-nonsense manner. Tasted by Campbell Mattinson
