    Lovely crisp flavoursome palate with good texture and acidity and a long dry, savoury finish lingering with raspberry and red cherry flavors, beautiful balance and fine tannins

    80/20%, the grenache from old bush vines, 10% whole bunch fermentation on skins 5 days, the shiraz on skins 7 days, matured for 9 months in used oak. Marvellous colour for grenache (even with some shiraz), the vines 80yo. the bouquet is complex and truffly, the palate surging with life and strength. This will be a wine to behold in 10 years, for its balance is perfect, and that is only the beginning.
