Five Geese wines are crafted by Mike Farmilo, award winning winemaker and wine show judge. Mike is Principal Winemaker and Managing Director of Boar’s Rock Pty Ltd, where our wines are made.  Prior to Boar’s Rock, Mike was Chief Group Red Winemaker for Southcorp. Boar’s Rock provides a total winemaking service to Hillgrove Wines.
