Five Geese 2007 Shiraz

The 2007 five geese Shiraz has an attractive, deep red-crimson colour, lifted bouquet of spicy Shiraz ripe berries and nicely integrated vanillin oak. Complex, with a touch of cloves and nutmeg. Soft, spicy, mouthfilling palate, with good length and intensity, finishing with soft ripe tannin.

A good example of the more elegant, savoury Blewitt Springs style of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Drinks well for such a young wine. Full of flavour, but not too big.
