Five Geese 2004 Shiraz

The 2004 five geese Shiraz is a stylish wine that reflects the superb 2004 vintage, with a full-flavoured palate. There are lots of red berry fruits giving a sweet fruit middle palate, with lingering hints of spice and chocolate. This wine has great length of flavour with velvety tannins, and can be enjoyed now or cellared for further complexity.

The 2004 vintage was left in barrels a little longer than previous releases to enable it to mature and soften prior to bottling. This additional time in barrels has given it an extra degree of complexity and elegance and it is a bit more approachable on immediate release.
