Only one wine is made for Sue Trott, owner of the Five Geese Vineyard planted to shiraz in 1927 and 1965, by Mike Farmilo at Boar's Rock. This is a tank sample, tasted shortly before bottling. The excellent colour is deep, ...and both the bouquet and palate are full to the brim with delicious blackberry and plum fruit, dark chocolate, tannins and oak in the background. This will drink well from the get-go, but also see out 10+ years without batting an eyelid.
